What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

I have gone through almost 10 months of this.I have wept and just been like a used rag and thought my life was over.

I wanted a nice life with a a girl I thought was gen.
She f&cked me over.

Sure, she was good looking,I really fell for her but hey I''m not bad looking myself.
I''ve had it with her now and her making me feel so sad and wrecking my life..

Good for you, you''ve still got it - when you get the opportunity, flaunt it! There''s someone out there for all of us - finding them is the problem.
