What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Do you need help sorting out a fair financial settlement?

Our consultant service offers expert advice and support to help you reach agreement on a fair financial settlement quickly, and for less than a quarter of the cost of using a traditional high street solicitor.

That''s great LD

Nothing like a study course to take your mind off things & focus you on growing positively.

Good luck with it & enjoy

That''s brilliant, livingintheday!

A real inspirational post :)

And if you can start swimming today when you felt like sinking, then tomorrow will be that little bit easier for you.

Well done you!!

I''d been in full time uni for a year when stbxh walked out, and i really dont feel i would be where i am today without it! Dont get me wrong, it was and is hard work, but its going to be worth it when i am done and its kept me occupied!!

I know a few people that do open uni and they think its fab, and the plus side is, you dont get all the hassle of useless tutors that i have t face!

You go girl!!!!
