I've started a thread and it is now locked. I guess this is because I said I'd come back in a few weeks and delete.

This is an extremely delicate issue for me, my family, my friends, now and perhaps more so in the future.

I appreciate that my thread my help others, foot steps in the snow. I've had the answers I needed, I will be seeking more focused advice. I'd prefer if the whole thread was now deleted. Certainly, I'd like the option of being able to edit some of my own posts.

Can some one advise?

Due to the delicate nature of the subject matter of the thread we have taken it down off the boards.

Whilst we try to offer support in all areas relating to divorce and separation - you will appreciate that this particular topic was difficult to cover in any detail on a public forum.

Perhaps you might try calling the helplines of those organisations specifically focussed on the issue.

Thank you :-)

I agree, the topic went into details that were not necessary for the advice I needed. I felt uneasy about this at the time. Certainly, sleeping on it, I wanted the whole thing removed.

I'm continuing to ask further, more focused questions, about the court procedure. And this board has been a great resource, and will continue to be so.

You do good here. Well done. And thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
