Here are a number of very good collaborative links, I think the best and most accessable is the site of the Central London Collaborative Forum:

United Kingdom www.collablaw.org.uk - UK website about Collaborative Law, setting out details of all qualified practitioners in England and Wales

Iniernational www.collaborativepractice.com - website of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, with contact information for collaborative professionals in U.S., Canada, UK, Ireland, and elsewhere.

London www.centrallondoncollaborativeforum.com -excellent explaination of the role of the Family Consultant in the collaborative process

Also a good article in the Times:

Bringing Harmony to Divorce - article by collaborative lawyers, James Stewart and Charlotte Bradley, published to mark the launch of Collaborative Law in London, 21 November 2006. business.timesonline.co.uk/tol/business/...ic/article640680.ece

Amen to all of that, londongreek.

The Resolution site (Collablaw.org.uk I think)is a bit messy, i.e. sometimes out of date and with typos here and there, but it does show where you can go in your neck of the woods to find a collaborative practitioner. You'll even find me there under "Cambridge & W Sussex"!
