Poppy - how large is your file?

I''ve just uploaded a small test doc and it worked OK, although there could be limitations on the file size if it is a big one!

If so, an alternative is to convert it into a PDF - this can give the document some compression and shrink it a little - I don''t think you can attach zip files (which could compress the size further)

Hi

it is a .DOC 32KB

It''s just an example of a questionnaire - nothing big.

It shows as ''selected'' but when I press ''submit'' I get an error message telling me I can only upload zip, txt, doc, pdf etc

I''ll try a different doc..

Try changing the .DOC to .doc (lower case)?

Or convert to pdf

okay.....

The difference between these two is that when I look on ''properties'' one is .DOC and one is .doc

whatever does that mean ?

The .DOC one is the one that wouldn''t upload.

you can just manually change the file extension to .doc.

just check you can still open/launch the doc before you upload.
