I noticed this when looking at profiles.

Some people seem to have it and others don't. I can see how it may be used but can't see how it can be updated.

When you view someone's profile at the bottom of their profile is a guestbook/comment feature.

You can leave them a comment and a 1-5 rating of their profile page.

The 'avg profile rating' is the average of the ratings left by people who commented on your profile.
