Hello all,
background is this.
Wife left family home (and me & two kids in November).
I put in a Working tax credit claim to assist with childcare.
Wife contributes half of childcare.
She now wants a share of the WTC award. Do I have to share it with her?

Cheers
Bigsi

Tell her to stop paying the WTC and you should receive 70% of any childcare costs back from the government as CTC.
