Hi there, bit of a novice so apologies if i don`t explain very well.
Divorced from ex in 2003, left FMH as couldn`t live in it any more with him and now fourth wife.
Six children aged 22,20,18,17,15,13. all live with ex in fmh.
I have alt w/ends and one night in week for two youngest boys.
Have just started proceedings for my share of fmh as he has now remarried, what i am wondering is if i can claim some sort of maintenance for when i have my sons to stay. I cannot claim any w/tax or child tax for them as ex gets CB.

I do not claim for myself as am co-habiting.

Any help much apprerciated

You are entitled to a deduction in the amount of child maintenance you pay him for number of nights the children are with you.
