What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Depends on a number of things.

Which pension scheme
What type of scheme it is
Whether there is a pension sharing or attachment order
Whether you are a financial dependant
Whether he has other financial dependants

At best, the answer is likely to be “possibly”
