Thanks DHWM,

I will do exactly as you say. Great advice and absolutely spot on. i don't need to be worried about her views. I know it is a means to an end and i will get where i want to be and still be a good person. i have to think of my kids and whats best for them. just hope i can find a job before xmas! ;)just joking hope to be well settled in work by then!
