If we agree finances outside of sol and court how long will it take from filling in forms to becoming binding?
Does anyone have any idea?

my partner&her ex went this route.it took just over 5 months most of this time was spent altering title deeds on property,they still had to involve solicitors toget things rubber stamped as maintenance for children was involved
