How long does this process take? And is it compulsory or do one of the parties involved have to ask for it to be done?

Thanks

Form E is only for people who can't agree a settlement, if you agree, just get a solicitor to draw up your agreement in a consent order.

Usually full time non advanced education.

CMS goes up to 20 in those circumstances.

CM can only be in a Court Order by consent otherwise it has to be dealt with by CMS if you can't agree.
