Working out finances was created by alreid1612
Have just received the replies to the questions raised at the First Hearing. An awful lot of I don't recall answers. Applicant is also claiming that as a director of a LLP he does not receive a P60 and therefore refuses to produce one. Do such people receive a P60. HMRC not the easiest to navigate around to find the answer. Wondered if someone here might know. Thanks

They should get a P60 from their accountant in regards to their own personal tax return, normally done at the company year end.

If self employed you do self assessment. With this you do Not get a P60. You could ask to see the tax return instead. This will have on it income, outgoings tax paid etc as the individual.
