Morning All,

I hae completed form E exchange and questionnaires.

My Wife is asking to see 12 months worth of credit card statements. As it's only a requirement to provide statements for Savings and Current accounts, am I obligued to disclose credit card statements?

I have nothing to hide, however this is my debt and want to know if I am legally required to provide them.

Thanks in advance

RJ

You'll only be obliged to if the judge says you've got to but, as you say, you've nothing to hide so why object?

At best it's going to show that some of it should be considered marital debt and even if it is considered to all be yours you've lost nothing.

Thanks WYSPECIAL,

All valid points you make and there will be some debt which is pre-separation matrimonial.

It's probably one of those times when it's not worth aggravating her by refusing.
It won't do you any harm to be seen by the court to be being open and transparent about it.
