I’m filing in the form E and confused what I include for capital needs for me and children?

We have a family home, small 3 bed that I’m hoping to get transferred. It will be me and my daughter who is four, I have her full time.

I’ve put down the price of buying a 2 bed and new car, but that’s it so far. There are two sections one for yourself and one solely for children.

What do I include?
