I have remote Telephone FDA in march and wondering whats is the status of FDR and FH . Are these are also remote hearing or in-person hearing especially if case goes to FH ..

These hearings will also be held remotely - unless there is a pressing need for them to be held in person.

Ohh, In that case, it will affect the offer and the negotiation with other parties as I am hoping that we may negotiate out of court if possible and my ex presently does not respond to my request of having her offer. With in-person hearing, there is more chance of interaction for negotiation before and after the hearing

There is already a Consent Order is in place which was agreed between two solicitors but now she backed out and says your offer is unfair and she is looking for the court to have justice to her. I mailed her no. of times if she thinks my offer is unfair then what her proposal. But she never replied and says, instead of you, I will choose to have justice ..
