My partner included all items he owns with a current value of over £500 in his form E, as the form requires. Stbx has now asked for formal valuations of many more items he owns that have a current value of under £500 and were therefore not included. Some are pre marital assets and some are not.
Stbx also asked for 18 months of credit card statements and 2 years of PayPal and e bay accounts. Is that reasonable? 12 months of records seems far more appropriate.
Is there a way of removing those questions without attending the FDA and asking the judge? They were hoping to use the Accelerated Procedure.
Or can H simply state on the questionairre responses that the items are not worth over £500 so it is disproportionate to obtain formal valuations?
