What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Do you need help sorting out a fair financial settlement?

Our consultant service offers expert advice and support to help you reach agreement on a fair financial settlement quickly, and for less than a quarter of the cost of using a traditional high street solicitor.

Hi Special dad

Yep I know, but then theres always a reason behind why someone drinks isnt there? Cops dont just drink because they think they can get away with it, they drink because they have a problem.
Just dont think we should ridicule anyone who has a problem. We would be a nicer society if we all helped one another. Thats all.

And yep! you have guessed where I am in the monthly cycle!

Kind ones
Louise.

OOO sorry touched a nerve have I? Well if you work for CPS, then surely you supposed to be on side of Police! Not slagging them off or getting upset because they earn the same money as you!

Hey ho though never mind, you might be able to get a job in a lawyers firm one day! then you can earn some BIG BUCKS to help you pay for your divorce!

Kind Regards
Louise
