What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Do you need help sorting out a fair financial settlement?

The problem Fiona is that both Louise and Carys are wrong to generalise.

Yes there are some bad police officers as there are bad solictors as well as good in both groups.

So guys lets put a sock in it, before I say we send all women to concentration camps oops only kidding!! B)

" I was only referring to the one post she wrote about me not about any of the others and I found it very insulting!!

Yep and I found yours insulting too! And you cant be bothered to have arguments????? Weird for a Solicitor that is!

Yep and many of my posts were very helpful to you as well! You told me so, before you wrote a post about "alcholic policemen" who earn as much as you do!

Glad your divorce is all settled now and you wont be back to "help and advise" many others with your experience! Is that because you dont give advice for free?????? mmmm i wonder!
Never mind I wish you all the luck for the future!

Fiona? Pot calling the kettle black??????? Dont understand, your comment? Could you please explain? Ta!

Special dad

You still dont understand me do you? I AM NEVER WRONG! ask my husband, he will tell you! LOL
