should i stop paying mortgage,between paying csa and looking for somewhere to rent i be lucky to have £20 a month left thats without paying sol fees, also thinking of giving up employment

yes unfortunately I know what you mean about giving up work! you would then be able to legal aid!

Just a question,,i take it you are paying the mortgage on FMH? if the answer is yes have you informed the CSA of this? as payments usually reduce if you are doing this.
I feel for you as at the moment we are currently battling with his ex, the CSA and other government bodies!!!!
