Finally got the exs bank statements today (after attaching a penal notice to request)They show that he transferred £4,500 to his brothers account and also that he has repaid £9,410 to his credit card (not a joint debt- one he has acquired himself) There was also frequent cash withdrawals and several large cheques. He hasn't contributed to the mortgage or his family for 18 months since he left.Just curious what will happen now.....

Was the bank statements obtained after a Questionnaire?

If not you will need to file one to ask Q's re:

Why £ transferred to brother
You want copies of his Credit card statements and details of balance on separation -
Q "Does H accept that the CC repaid was his personal debt?"
Ask what large cheques were for with corroboration ie invoices/receipts

Ask Q why with all his spending [detail this] is he not
a Paying the mortgage
b Paying voluntary maintenance

If you have a shortfall of inc/over expenditure apply for interim maintenance asap

Give him 7 days warning of application

Yes - after the questionaire. He is self repping. He told the judge that he would not provide any statememts afteer the divorce (July) as he had "taken advivce" and was not required too.... He was told rubbish and she kicked his a""" into gear
He has already admitted that the mortgage is the only joint debt.
