Hi,

I am Self Repping as i am overseas and not entiled to leagal aid. One of the forms i have been asked to provide is a Form G, which i am unable to find on any website.

From what i underdstand it is simply a Chronology of events detailing divorce and financial history, does any one have a sample i could look at?

Form G is a form the court send so no you wont find it on the net, form G is to ask if you are able to use the first court appointment as the second to save time, for this too happen all the paper work needs to be complete and all questions from the respective questionnaires answered, for many this is not the case, so the answer is no.

Ill dig out a chronology for you to fill in its nice and easy.

For some reason some of my posts are disappearing,

The date of birth of the parties and children
The date of cohabitation if you argue seemless cohab to marriage
The date of marriage
The date of separation
The date of the petition
The date of the Nisi if decreed
The date of the Forms E
The date of the FDA

Add other dates for hearings if they happen,

Nope use what i sent, this is nothing to do with the money side thats for form E ect, the most common mistake made with a chronology is to add too much unrelated stuff, its a chronology of the marriage and court hearings nothing more.
