Hi there can anyone give some advice on position statements have searched the site but cant find any examples :SCan anyone give a guide or a template on how to write one or if they know of any books or somewhere on the internet where I can find one. Also my x has not returned the form E as the judge ordered and have the next FA which will be veiwed as a Final hearing in a couple of weeks so should this effect the way the posistion statement should be written and when does it need to be in by? and do i need to issue him with a copy? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I seem to have hit a brick wall on this one Cheers!!

The earlier you can submit a position statement the better but you can submit one on the day of the hearing if need be but just make sure you get there in planty of time and hand it in to the clerks of the court so that the judge has time to read it before your hearing.

I have written quite a few position statements and if you pm me I will respond.
