Cannot offer you any help with the legalities of your situation,Im only a mere nurse, there are brilliant minds here for that.
But,i can offer my support to you, this woman who you have loved and supported throughout the years, deemed it okay to go and have an affair, you or your daughter were not on her radar then.
I feel so sorry for you, going through all of this, and now the bombshell of your Dad:( to cope with one of these is bad enough. And now, your mercenary ex feels it''s okay to squeeze every last penny out of you, nasty woman, sometimes what others post shock me to the core, who do these leavers think they are???
As you have stated you are the applicant, get your divorce done and dusted as quickly as you can,get rid of her,and grab your life to enjoy with your daughter.
Best of luck
Stay strong through all of the illness, been there done it,and very hard so cwtchs to you.

Take care
Luv and cwtchs

You need to speak with a lawyer who specialises with these issues, yes it may cost money but it could and should save a great deal more, if you don`t know a lawyer who can deal with this call the wiki line and they can point you in the right direction, but don`t delay.

Your ex stared with i don`t want any its yours and now is at the stage of why should you get it, the worlds most stupid question - because its your dad and HE wants you to have it.
