Hi, i have to prepare a narrative affidavit for my FDR which has to be sent to the court within the next few days. Can anyone tell me if I have to send a copy of this document to Ex''s solicitor

Does the direction to file say "file and serve" if it does then yes sent a copy to your ex`s solicitor.

yep says file and serve, thanks dukey.
Do i need to provide documentary evidence at the same time as filing to back up my narrative affidavit or do i take that the the actual hearing

Its an affidavit so yes you must always attach supporting evidence.
