Hi

can anyone explain what the proceedure is with regards to a schedule of discrepancies ?

Looking on here i now know how the actual schedule should be done but do i need to ask the court''s permission to do this or just serve ex with a copy and file a copy at court ?

thank you

I''ve never heard of a schedule of discrepancies do you mean deficiencies?.

If you do then you file and serve the same way you did with the questionnaire. No you don''t need his permission.

thank you Dukey yes that is what i meant - there is loads to take in !

i am assuming that by doing this schedule is the correct proceedure to address the fact that he is refusing to provide CETV for pensions and other paperwork unless i pay for them

If its a final hearing get Directions before if you have the time, or you risk it being adjourned.

Once again thank very much - the final hearing is listed for 4 december so if i get the schedule to him earlier next week and if i havent received anything by the end of September hopefully that will give me time to request Directions.

i really dont know what i would do without this site !
