I thought I would mention to everyone that there is a ''donation'' button at the top of the page under ''Info''.
I have used the ''free'' helpline more times than I care to remember and hadnt realised until recently that it was actually free!
Have you used it? Was it helpful? Would you like it to remain? Funding this helpline costs a huge amount of money and funds are tight - so if you have ever benefited please consider making a donation. I know money is tight for most of us on here - but compared to what a Solicitor would charge and considering you get expert advice from Wiki I think it is worth every single penny. I have only just made a small donation as I am fairly skint at the moment until my finances are sorted out - but do think about it - were would we all be without the wonderful help and support on here?
Dig deep - a fiver would be great - and if you can donate more then brilliant! I am sure the Wiki crew will appreciate every single penny - it all makes a difference!
Out of interest - is there a way of paying perhaps a direct debit of a small amount per month? Say £2 (I know that is pennies in the big scheme of things but every penny helps and if a few people take it up then all the better)per month?
Thank you for letting others know they can donate to Wikivorce to help keep it running so that others can benefit from all the free advice, help and information.
The donate button can be found here - donate to Wikivorce
and as people will see from the information Ian/Mr Wiki has provided, a little really does go a long way
I will make sure Ian sees this post, and we can look into the possibility of being able to set up a monthly direct debit for anyone who wishes to donate that way. £2 a month would mean that over the course of a year, that would amount to the helpline being able to take around 75 phone-calls, thus helping 75 additional callers.
