Could I ask what information is put before the judge at FH.

At the FDR our file was in the room and the judge made lots of notes even though we couldn't agree a settlement. I assume these went in the file.

What is to stop the judge at FH from reading the file?

Will it not be made available to them and will it not be in the room for FH?

Call me suspicious but it all seems rather odd to me.

As far as I know, the judge at FH has no access to information from FDR.

Our judge only had whatever was in the bundle which was supposed to have been agreed by by both parties before the FH.

Regardless, I see how one could get suspicious. Ours asked for time to go away (after 3 day hearing) to think about everything and come back with judgment. It's left me wondering whether they ever consult the other judges (from FDA and FDR) - not that that would be a problem!
