My ex solicitor says there is no need to update financial information if circumstances have not changed.
This cannot be right can it because if you do not provide up to date bank statements or pay slips how would either party know if anything has changed.
I have sent all my up to date information to ex sol but she is stalling about sending his.

My understanding iwas all information has to be up to date. But I am totally disillusioned by the whole process. There appears to be no penalty for not submitting paperwork on time, ignoring judges directions etc etc.

My ex has ignored so many things refused to cooperate and still no consequence except one it's cost me thousands.

My view is do your bit and keep your fingers crossed
