Final hearing is scheduled to take place on the 23rd April, I filed my statement and documents in March, they filed there’s yesterday, I’m just wondering if I get the opportunity to submit further counter information to his nartitive statement and enclosures prior to the final hearing? I am a Lit in person so whilst I’m aware that I can’t just turn up on the day with my counter documentation without them seeing it, I’m not sure if I get the opportunity to respond to his vast amount of lies within his statement. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated. Time is obviously very tight now with Easter bank holidays etc and I’ve also had to do a data access request from the police which takes up to one calendar month, I have put in the additional information box for this request that it’s urgent but I don’t know if this will speed things up with me getting the information back, this is vital to my evidence too so I’ve got my fingers crossed it does come prior to the hearing!
