Following FDA consent order stipulated deadlines by which we were to file amended questionnaires, answer the amended questionnaires, agree upon a valuer to value fmh and instruct the valuer and other actions. A week later the lockdown was announced. We have both filed amended questionnaires and I have answered the amended questionnaire, my XH has not answered the amended questionnaire that I sent, we have not agreed upon a joint valuer, let alone instructed one and the deadlines have now passed. Any suggestions what I can do to obtain answers to my amended questionnaire? I believe XH will have the information and doesn’t need to obtain it from a 3rd party, he is represented, I am LiP. any suggestions on what to do about valuing FMH? Thanks
