Just recived the financial directions order longer version from my exes mcKenzie friend it looks like a court document can you tell me who writes this please
Also can i write mine for questions to be excluded

The Court maintains a compendium of standard orders for different types of proceedings. You get a standard order and you add the personal details and delate the paragraphs that don't apply e.g. get rid of references to children if there are no children.

The latest collection I can find is in a zip file at the bottom of the following page www.judiciary.uk/publications/practice-g...en-and-other-orders/

Once the order is agreed the Court will look at it and add the Court 'seal' to make it official.
