Hi all,

firstly would like to thank the mods and admin, invaluable website and forum

I have a final hearing next week, isn't much in the pot,
Have been asked to send an offer before the hearing, I am unsure on what to offer, the calculator on here is coming back in minus figures,

If someone has a template I could use for the proposal that would be greatly appreciated

thanks for reading, and I wish everyone the best of health and outcomes in their cases

Without knowing the detail of the case, if is impossible to advise. You would need to give a breakdown of all the figures and some background re children and any other specific needs or issues.
What did the judge at FDR have to say about the proposals that were put forward? It is rare for a final hearing to deviate far from the view of the judge at FDR.
Is there a reason to depart from 50:50??
Have you had any legal advice??
