I am looking to start with MIAM for financial settlement as we have reached Decree Nisi stage.
There are no kids involved but there is property.

Can someone advise if a mediator from a family law solicitor or a generic one is better? Any personal experiences?
And what to look for in a mediator?

Personally I'd say having Family Law experience would be helpful in terms of them being able to give you an accurate view of any agreements likely to pass being in front a judge in your local

Basically aside from that it's finding someone that you both agree on and are happy discussing in front of
