how to claim legal costs for the divorce

Despite promising to pay all the legal expenses in writing, the respondent has failed.
I have incurred significant legal fees . what form should I use to get my costs from the respondent please? to be submitted to the court.

Is there a costs order in place? If so, you can enforce it if s/he is refusing to comply. .Charles has written a number of posts about enforcing costs orders.
