What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Hi All,

Anyone have got any idea of how accurate the Online Benefits Calculator are? www.ealing.gov.uk/services/housing/housi...lator/wbc-xpSp07.htm

I tried the above one and I am not very sure whether the result is right.

My xtb is receiving the below money

CB = £18.10 pw
CTC = £45.78 pw
CSA = £92.00 pw
SM = £161.53 pw

What would be her Unearned Income for me to enter in the online calculator?

Thanks
NM

Hi, not quite sure what you are trying to find out. Your x2b's money would have no relation to any benefit claim you would be making for council tax or housing benefit.

Please be a bit more specific.

Regards, Sarah
