My x2b lives with my 2 children in her own house.

I'll be paying her some money to cover her and the kids (to be decided - maybe 1500/month).

She work a few hours a week as beuty therapist (maybe 4/5).

Is she eligible to any benefits / tax credits?

She will be eligible for Child Tax Credit and Child Benefit of course. If she is able to increase her hours to 16 she would receive Working Families' Tax Credit which would make a big difference. There is a calculator at www.entitledto.co.uk
