Quick question.

My ex has a mortgage on her 4 bedroom home which she is receiving SMI to help pay for.

With "Bedroom Tax" she would be considered over housed, (there are 4 children 13 and 11 yr old boys, 7 and 3 year old girls).

Is she subject to bedroom tax given it is her home, or is this just rental properties.

It''s rented properties and only council rented properties not private rented.
