Simply put.

If you take any loans out knowing you are going bankrupt you are committing an offence and can be jailed for fraud.

I''m surprised they sugar coated it. They usually don''t

I''ve been there and done that.

Bankruptcy is about the only thing in life that has a good outcome after an knowing discharge. If you get my child reference there.

I am already bankrupt, so sorry for being thick, but don''t get the explanation.

What child reference?

"post bankruptcy acknowledgement of debt"

If you acknowledge a debt, this will survive the bankruptcy. Once bankrupt you should allow the Trustee/official receiver to deal with your finances.

It''s not so much denying having the debt - it is not acknowledging the debt. Almost but not quite the same thing.

You should seek legal advice if you are unsure of your next course of action. It is usually unwise to follow the advice of parties that are not ''on your side''.
