All, is the such a thing as Emergency Financial Order? Or urgent financial order, I am financially destroyed but don’t know how to stop it?

The only way to speed up the process is for agreement to be reached.

Otherwise you have to wait for court proceedings to be concluded.

If there is the means to pay and you can demonstrate need, you could make an application for maintenance pending suit.
Or if a lump sum is needed to e.g. avoid bankruptcy and funds are held, you could try asking the court if funds may be released if they are not in your control.
