During separation my business went bankrupt and so did I. My partner had personally guaranteed the debts in the business same as me.
There was a lot of outstanding debt and I chose to go bankrupt, but my partner chose to make separate arrangements with creditors.
Now my partner is pushing a CBO and I am concerned that the debt still outstanding my be redistributed as part of this Clean Break order?
So, is it possible for them to ridistribute this debt even though I went bankrupt to avoid it?
thanks,
Anatta
PS..
we have included some "additional information" which basically says that one chose bankruptcy and one choose agreements with creditors and that we agreed not to redistribute the debt as part of the divorce.
