Ok, hopefully someone can guide me here.
Separated 25 months now. Had FDR last week. During this time, ex wifes solicitor has requested disclosure. I've supplied everything.
Unfortunately I have only received a portion of my ex wifes.

Day of FDR, I still hadn't received and I believe this is due to my solicitor not chasing it up. At last minute when I highlighted what was still to come, my solicitor tried to get an adjournment. However, the Master did not allow it.
Master then took my bank balances at date of separation and awarded a percentage to my ex wife.
I have not received her bank balances even though she had 6 accounts with the Halifax. She is a high earner and was very likely to have had some money.

I feel that my solicitor should have asked for an adjournment a long time earlier than she did.

I have been given 1 week to think about the settlement and need to either sign or proceed to final hearing at considerable financial risk.

Also, during the core issues, my barrister failed to mention that my wife owned a car worth £15K that she disposed off and I never received an explanation.

Any advice on how to handle this with urgency would be very much appreciated.
