ok applied for fee remittance for a d11, this has came back saying dwp has said we are not entitled to one,

my question is what do they take into account working and claiming universal credit with 2 kids, what is the formula has it changed?

as cannot find out from anywhere even the courts don't seem to know!!!!

The remittance form should give you some idea of what is taken into account. If the form is completed correctly the court will do the rest.

If you need further guidance you can find this form formfinder.hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/ex160a-eng.pdf

And to a lesser extend this quick calculator hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/HMCTS/Get....do?original_id=2835
