hi we get 1050 per month and universal credit calculator shows entitled to fee remittance but when i applied for d11 they wrote back and said i was not how do they work this all out :(i urgently need to enforce a consent order for a property sale but no spare funds already owe my ex solicitor 8000 and still no money that was ordered to be paid to me last year

Have you completed an EX160 form? If not, you will need to complete one, and then send of your certificate of fee remission along with any application you are making. www.gov.uk/government/publications/apply...rt-and-tribunal-fees

thanks yes have done it again online, thing is if they refuse it then they send all the forms back too to resend all over again!
