Hi there,

I have a Court Order for child maintenance.

My ex has decided that he doesn''t want to pay the amount on court order and reduced it months ago.... without going to court!

The arrears are in their thousands! Can I enforce them, and if so, how?

Thank you

ps. I''d like to do this myself as have found solicitors over complicate things.

Thank you again.
