My ex and I, have come to an agreement for a Clean Break outside of court. Does anyone know how we now go about getting this sorted legally. Neither of us have money for solicitors so what is the procedure to enable us to finally move on from this nightmare. It''s for spousal maintenance.
Thanks in advance

If you''ve agreed to pay spousal maintenance, that''s not a clean break, surely? Am I misunderstanding you here?
