I have recieved an order for maintenance This is not being paid.
My next course of action is to ask the court to award monies direct from rental money that he recieves from an asset.
what is my next course of action assuming that he will not do this ? can the court make him sell an asset?

There are a number of ways to deal with this, probably the easiest would be an attachment of earnings so the maintenance is paid at source, if this can`t be done for some reason you can apply for a secured provision order which means if its not paid the asset can be sold to capitalise the maintenance.
