What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Do you need help sorting out a fair financial settlement?

Our consultant service offers expert advice and support to help you reach agreement on a fair financial settlement quickly, and for less than a quarter of the cost of using a traditional high street solicitor.

So he got away with the lies,
then he got away with the lions share
then I support our daughter totally & means tested through a medical degree,
and he lives in a state of the art house with OW
then I get letter saying no more SM
He decides he does not want to fill in new form E
We go to court, he applied for dismissal of joint lives order
DJ on his side, feeling low now
Sol goes on hol,
nothing from then until,
he makes offer, have a laugh, will not even cover recent legal fee''s

Why bother going through it all, get a court order then have to go back to the hell remembering the hurt of his lies and affair!

Second time round he is even more veil, totally destroys your character and makes you realise you should be dead!

Sorry this is grim, I cant take it any more.

Hey Nowhere ,
don''t let him get to you .Find some strength from somewhere.
Don''t let him beat you .
You are a better person than him and everyone knows it .
I know that feeling of wanting to give up , why do we bother , let them have it all - but in years to come you will regret it and wished you had put up a fight .
Big hugs xxxxxx

Thank you scaryspice,

Just had enough now, so down, I thought it was going to be ok but he is playing the same game as last time, legal fees going up and up. Also got something I cant post about that(not me not paying). Feel they dont think Its worth the bother.

Got animals, spoken to vet, time has come. It is so unjust that they can get away with it, I want to scream but no longer have the energy.

Take care xxx
