REMO - Canada was created by Scorpio1962
Hello and i would be very grateful for any advice on this subject as I am slowly giving up and losing hope and not sure if i can afford a sol and whether it's futile? I have applied for REMO via justice dept here and this was around a year ago that it was sent to Canada ( Ontario). Various emails to MEBC.BSE to chase progress - the latest received back in March 2020:

So we have today sent a letter to Canadian Authorities requesting an update on the above order and we will contact you when we receive a response.

It should also be noted that the UK authorities have no power to compel foreign courts or authorities to enforce maintenance orders,
or to set a timescale for enforcement or establishment, as the system is based on mutual co-operation.

Yours faithfully

So i was wondering if there is any point? Why have these if they are not enforced or actioned in other countries? Is there any where i can go or contact to progress this outside of MEBC?

Thank you all in advance if you can help.
