These are the questions:

Notice to pension arrangement/PPF Board
These questions are to be answered by the Petitioner/Applicant where the terms of an order include provision for a pension attachment order and/or a PPF pension compensation attachment order.
(Please note that if you wish to include provision relating to a pension or to PPF compensation in your Consent Order you should first seek legal advice as this area of law is complex. Court staff are unable to assist, as they are not trained to give legal advice.)

14. Has notice been served on every person responsible for any pension arrangement under Rules 9.33(1)
or 9.34, and/or the PPF Board under 9.42 or 9.43 of the Family Procedure Rules 2010
Yes No

15. Has any objection to an attachment order been made by the person responsible for the pension arrangements within 21 days from the date when the notice of the application was served?
Yes No

pension sharing on divorce, dissolution or nullity
These questions are to be answered by the Petitioner/Applicant where the terms of an order include provision for a PPF compensation sharing order.
(Please note that if you wish to include provision relating to a PPF compensation in your Consent Order you should first seek legal advice. Court staff are unable to assist, as they are not trained to give legal advice.)

16. Has the PPF Board provided the information required by Regulation 5 of The Pension Protection Fund (Pension Compensation and Attachment on Divorce etc) Regulations 2011?
Yes No

17. Does it appear from that information that there is power to make an order for compensation sharing?
Yes No

Many thanks confused that really is going the extra mile to help

All of these questions relate to pensions if you dont have any answer N/A

If you both agree to sharing or attachment 14 is yes

15 is no

16 and 17 relate to the pension protection fund, if you don''t know what this is the chances are it does not apply, it''s a fund set up to providing help from the state, again the chances are it''s N/A
